Coaching sessions are not recorded in any form. By engaging in services with My Coaching Guy, you agree not to record audio, video, or screen content from sessions. My Coaching Guy does not use, and strongly discourages the use of, AI tools for note taking or other activities during sessions, in order to protect your privacy and maintain a focused, human-centered coaching experience.

Third Party Services

This website is hosted by Namecheap and built on WordPress. Virtual coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. Scheduling may be facilitated through Calendly. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing data they collect.
