Since 2007, I’ve been supporting individuals through some of life’s hardest moments from personal crisis to chronic struggle to the quiet weight of just not feeling like yourself. I bring both professional training and lived understanding to every conversation. My approach is warm, practical, and direct. Together we make sense of what’s happening and build clear, actionable steps you can start taking right away.
My approach isn’t about hype or firing you up. It’s about slowing down to actually understand what’s going on. If you feel like you’re just “spinning your wheels” without getting anywhere, that’s exactly the kind of work we do here.
I am especially attuned to those who come from, or are living in, homes shaped by addiction, mental health challenges, military service, difficult or broken marriages, or homes that were simply hard to grow up in. This includes both the person who is struggling and the people who love them. If your life has been shaped by your own battles or someone else’s, you already know that pain ripples through everyone it touches. You deserve someone who understands that world without you having to explain it.
Sometimes it isn’t a crisis. Sometimes you just feel stuck. Like you know something needs to change but you can’t quite see what, or why, or how. That counts too.
All sessions are conducted via secure Zoom so you can get support from wherever you are.
